“I’m Calling You My Dear”
 
I hear the Master calling, calling out my name.
I hear the Master calling; His word for me to proclaim.
The Master’s hand is reaching out to you and me,
to keep us from falling into a life of misery.
His plans for you are good and very well thought out,
but we must submit to Him
to live our lives free from doubt.
Knowing that the steps you take are ordered by the Lord,
will keep your mind in perfect peace
and Him you will adore.
He’s calling you and calling me
for more than just a blessing,
He wants us to bring in the sheep
to find a place of resting.
Rest from the weariness the enemy has put on.
But when you come to Him, His garments you shall adorn.
The Master’s calling; it’s up to you to answer.
Open your heart and your ears; then you will surely hear,
your name gently whispered, I’m calling you my dear.
