ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to those who are 18 years of age or older. The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of ReadingGroupGuides.com or The Book Report, Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of each of the above.

HOW TO ENTER: The contest is open from 9AM ET on Monday, May 10, 2010 thru 11:59PM  on Tuesday, August 31, 2010. While the contest is posted on ReadingGroupGuides.com, you can enter by filling out this form.

All entries must be postmarked by Tuesday, August 31, 2010 and received by Friday, September 3, 2010. Please use a physical address on your contest entry as many services do not deliver to post office boxes. One entry per person. All duplicate entries will be disqualified.

HOW TO WIN: The total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, ReadingGroupGuides.com will randomly select fifty (50) winners on or about September 10, 2010. Each winner will receive one (1) gift certificate for $200.

POSTING OF PRIZE WINNER: ReadingGroupGuides.com reserves the right to announce all entries and the winners on ReadingGroupGuides.com. The prize winners will be listed on ReadingGroupGuides.com by first name and city/state by October 12, 2010.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/RESERVED RIGHTS: Neither the Sponsor, nor the parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor the promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web Site or otherwise violating these rules. The Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if the Contest cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind.
